Hi ,

So far the best natural antibacterial that I've used is Oreganol brand

oregano oil. I don't know if it works against whatever type of bacteria your

friend is battling, but it's generally a strong and, I think, broad spectrum

antibacterial. I've taken as much as 10 drops 2-3x/day which is a very high

dose. It's not a dose I'd take long term, but might be helpful for acute

infections.
