Hi Kerry Ann,

There is a commercial spray available which uses hydrogen peroxide and an

extract of grapefruit seed which has bactericidal, viricidal

and parasiticidal properties and is a fine product.

I also saw somewhere how to mix the hydrogen peroxide with the grapefruit

seed extract, but now that I’m looking for it, I can’t find it.

I also know of someone who uses Shaklee’s Basic H to clean produce.

Subject: waxes on produce

I recently started paying attention to the signage where I buy my organic

produce, and I noticed that they put wax on just about everything. Does

anyone know of a way to remove the wax effectively before consuming? I'm

thinking specifically about citrus, where I use the peel. I can't find

unwaxed produce on a consistent basis right now.

Thanks,

KerryAnn
