Does anyone here have a recipe for homemade fillings?

My temporary ones are starting to wear and after finding out what is in them

(Dimethoxytetraethylene Glycol, Ethyl Methacrylate, Calcium Sulphate, Zinc

Oxide, Barium Sulphate, Eugenol) I'm not so fond of replacing them with the

same substance.

Is there any way to make a cement out of hydroxapetite?

I don't have a recipe, but can tell you that in the last week I've

read two techniques for strengthening the teeth and gums - one is

chewing a cud of wheatgrass until it turns white (then spit it out)

the other is to swish oil like expeller pressed sunflowerseed oil

around in your mouth for up to 20 min. up to twice a day. I'm not

sure why it would work, but have been reading reports from folks who

have tried it that it does make their mouths feel very clean. It is

supposed to draw toxins, so make sure you don't swallow any of it

when you're done. It could also work by stimulating a large amount

of digestive enzymes in the mouth, who knows?

I've lost some bits of filling and the dentist said the teeth

underneath were hard and they didn't need to be replaced.
