Guest guest
At least according to the literature for fruit-growers, many orchardists test Brix as it's a way to gauge the health of the trees. > > I would like to get some super-high-brix fruits and veggies to > complement my butter oil, raw dairy, fish eggs, shrimp, oysters, raw > grains, etc. I've just started to grow my own, but I don't have enough > to eat yet. Help? Is anyone growing anything? mike, I get apples from a grower at the farmers market what brix 18-19 regularly. Not sure how they do it because they are Korean and not real fluent in English. Not certified organic but no pesticides, etc. are used. The apples are $2.25/lb and I can ship some to you if you'd like. B.
