I recently did a little test that was recommend to me where you

paint iodine solution on your skin and if it's gone within 24 hours

your body needs iodine. Well, if the test is accurate then I am in

severe need of iodine because the patch disappears in just a couple

hours. Anyway, I know that kelp and dulse are good sources, but what

are some other good sources? Where can I find decent products? Thank

you.

MountainRoseHerbs.com has Organic Kelp from Iceland for only $6 a

pound and organic Dulce from Canada for $12 a pound. Kelp is a much

more concentrated source of iodine...1/4 teaspoon usually has close to

%400 RDA of iodine if I remember correctly.
