Guest guest
I covet your opinions... I have done one liver/gall bladder flush and got out green and white stones. I want to get to the bottom of why they are forming in the first place and read somewhere that saturated fat causes them. I use virgin coconut oil to cook and eat fatty meat. My skin has gotten so much better since using the VCO but I don't want to be in a vicious cycle either. My acupuncturist says my gall bladder, spleen and intestines are still " unhappy " and I am planning to do another cleanse. I have major back and neck pain and that's why I go to a chiropractor and an acupuncturist. Theories abound for causes of stones...as mentioned before, too much saturated fat in the diet, excess estrogen, too much sugar(and therefore excess insulin circulating in the body), too much protein in the diet, not drinking enough of or the proper type of water... so this is why I would like to get to the bottom of the cause and not just keep treating the symtoms (the stones). Thank you, in advance, for any and all ideas you can share !
