Only after the first time I had coconut cream concentrate, because it was

so yummy that I ate too much. I learned that a little goes a long way.:)

at a time just fine, but if I increase that I become very nauseated.

I'm thinking my body has trouble breaking down all that fat at once.

Most of us do initially because we have been eating low fat for most of our

lives. Take some Swedish Bitters at night before going to bed. Amongst

other things it helps your body produce more bile which helps with the fats.

After a while you won't have any problems with fats.
