I can take 1 T. at a time just fine, but if I increase that I become very nauseated. I'm thinking my body has trouble breaking down all that fat at once. Take some Swedish Bitters at night before going to bed. Amongst other things it helps your body produce more bile which helps with the fats. After a while you won't have any problems with fats.
