Guest guest
I too grind my teeth at night... never heard it was a sign of a vitamin deficiency (please explain this). Do you have an appliance that you wear at night, if/when I didn't I would get severe tmj pain! Dean _____ the recent dental thread reminded me of my own dental problems. is there any way to grow back gum tissue? my gums are quite recessed and becoming very sensitive. I've also had terrible problems with grinding at night and subsequently, tmj. i know teeth grinding is suppose to be a sign of a vitamin deficency. People in this situation tend to be candidates for supplementary pantothenic acid, as well, heh. As far as appliances go, they might save your enamel, but the wearer is still exerting all the pressure on the jaw; best to train oneself not to let the teeth touch throughout the day. Not a simple solution--I know, I know--it can take years to break a seemingly intractable habit, but the bite will be greatly relieved. B. Thanks! you've already been more helpful then any dentist I've had for the past 10 yrs;) Kelp sprinkled on food or in capsules is another part of fast metabolizer's supplement protocol. If iodine, painted in a small patch on your stomach or inner thigh goes away in 24 hours, you're low and kelp should boost it. Guest guest
Wanita, could you expound on this protocol? Pretty sure I'm one of those- always eating, always mildly hungry (ravenous when pregnant), never could gain much weight (well, 60lbs. on junk when pregnant- lost it like a flash after). Would this help my hunger? I think I have some deficiencies too... Lindsey Kelp sprinkled on food or in capsules is another part of fast metabolizer's supplement protocol.
