Guest guest
This is mainly a question for Masterjohn, but if anyone else has thoughts I would appreciate it! I just read your bio on your cholesterol and health site and I felt like I was reading my own story. Unfortunately, when I was suffering with all of my anxiety and depression etc, I was not clued in to it being about diet/nutrition until I had given birth to my first child and we both were " failing to thrive " -and this was only 16 months ago!! So I really appreciate the work you put into informing people of the benefits of this lifestyle/diet as I, too tell people my life has been changed by WAP/NT. This may be a dumb question, but how much meat, dairy, fats etc. do you eat each day to combat all of those anxiety issues? I feel like I am doing better, but not 100%. I am guessing you will say you eat as much as you want, right? :-) Did you have food quirks where you would only eat certain things at certain times and in certain quantities? I feel like I cannot stop from thinking so much about what, when, and why I eat what I eat, even though I feel like I have overcome the myths and lies I had for so long believed. It seems like it is related to OCD or some kind of weird head thing-my brain NEVER shuts up! I recently had posted about " head noise " and I am trying to help this with more magnesium, but I wondered if you had any thoughts? Did it take you a long time of eating this way to finally regain health? amanda
