Guest guest
Cows get " activator X " in their milk by eating green, fast-growing grass. I just came across something about people chewing wheatgrass and getting many of the same effects, and it made me wonder if we need to go to the trouble of finding a farmer who pastures his dairy cows and uses a good rotational grazing program to ensure the cows always have access to the fast-growing green grass, or if we can just grow our own wheatgrass and chew a mouthful a day. It even stops cavities! This seems especially relevant for those who are unfortunate enough to be even raw dairy intolerant. Be your own cow! Here's one of many links about it: http://www.rain.org/~philfear/furtheranarchy.html
