They controlled for the other ingredients by making them the same in both meals. The only thing that differed was that one was made with unrefined virgin coconut oil and the other was made with unrefined virgin safflower oil. I'm writing an article on this study and hope to finish tonight though it may take me into tomorrow. I think I said that yesterday too but it definitely won't take me longer than tomorrow to finish.
