The list of ingredients says " Pure Icelandic Cod Liver Oil, Natural Source Vitamin E, Valencia Orange Oil, Natural Lemon Extract " . Which makes me assume the Vitamins A and D comes from the oil... The post here got me worried, so I wrote to them and asked. They answered promptly: " The Vitamins A & D in our Cod Liver Oil are naturally present in the oil. " Hurray! All is well! For the interest of fellow Europeans I can add that this company has good and quick service. Prices are low, as they are situated on tax-free Guernsey.
