Guest guest Posted October 18, 2006 Report Share Posted October 18, 2006 I have been trying to get more leafy greens in my diet, but they give me gas more than any other food. I am wondering if this is healthy. I would say " normal " but I was watching Dr. Oz on Oprah and he was talking about gas and that its normal to get gas with some foods and that is not a bad thing. He also said the average person passes gas up to like fourteen times/ day but he also says to say away from saturated fat and use canola oil so I can't really take what he says seriously.
