anyone know of any raw goat butter sources other than white egret

farm? i just placed an order with them, but i'm guessing it might take

a while for me to get, if ever (back in oct i ordered probiogurt from

them and never received it. after 3 phone calls and an email with no

response, i kind of gave up, hopefully i'll get the goat butter

though).

i'd even go for some raw cow milk butter, anyone know of other sources

other than organic pastures. since i live in NH, it was going to cost

$23 to ship 1 pound of it. yikes!

www.peacefulpastures.com sells raw goat butter. some people

here have ordered from white egret and never got their products

either. did you get charged for the probiogurt on your credit card?

a friend here did and she never got the products.

there are lots of sources for raw cow butter listed in the back of

the Wise Traditions journal which you get if you are a member of

WAPF. you can also buy back copies of it at

www.westonaprice.org. there are many farmers in Penn. that will

ship raw cow butter.

kiss your money spent at white egret farm goodbye; guess you didn't

get the memo. You can order raw goat butter from:

Abner and Mattie Lapp in PA

phone: 717-786-0876

$12 for 1/2 lb. gee!

they also had the best-looking cow butter at the WAPF conf. last

November. $10.50 /lb. Don't know what it looks like now, but it was

very yellow, then.

I can't remember the name of the place so maybe this will jog someones memory

but in the past I ordered butter from a farm in Tennesse. I'm in Oregon so the

cost to ship was extreme.

thankfully, i did not get charged. what is the deal with that place?

did they just get overwhelmed with business because of publicity

form the Maker's Diet book? You can't get someone on the phone at

all there now, its all automated and voicemail.

thanks for all the info everyone. has anyone here tried the raw

butter from peaceful pastures for themselves (i know legally they

have to say its for animal consumption, it just freaks me out a

little).
