FitDay has a " nutrition goals " function, under " goals " where you can

customize your minimum/maximum intake of any given nutrient, but

FitDay is somewhat crude imo...have you tried NutritionData?

Under " tools " click on " preferences " and you can set your

" individualized daily values " --spiffy!

Besides that, you can control which foods come up in your searches--no

more Arby's, yay! Emma, check it out because I think this is what you

were talking about for your program.
