HI

I read an article saying that PBT's and other toxins are stored in the fat of

animals. This is occuring, even in grass fed beef.

Any comments on this and how bad a situation it is?

Hi,

For what it's worth (i.e. nothing), my butcher insists on mixing very

lean beef with veal leaf fat to make hamburger meant for cooking...

his feeling is that the beef fat is full of toxins. This beef is

totally grass-fed.
