The cashew butter was just purchased on a whim, I doubt I'll even eat it. Just nice to know *I could* if I wanted to, for some reason. Re: wheat germ, I'm wondering which of the available choices I have is the wisest--can you help with that? I'm wondering if you have any suggestions how I to minimize the milk--what to eat instead? More meat/eggs? I added some saffron to the milk and maybe that will help, but what I miss in these heavy animal food diets are the light bitter tastes to balance things for me--I end up feeling sluggish. It's true I am now drinking milk when I didn't before, but I'll adjust it down over the next few days. Is chamomile infusion an okay thing to drink, by any chance? Because you have done so much of the work already on yourself, I hope I hope you can throw me some menu tips and save me about a hundred hours of jerking around online. Actually, I'm about to begin a four-week course of training and I'm looking to this elimination diet to streamline things and make what I'm eating less of an issue than usual, so I can put more attention elsewhere. Cool. I just noticed parsley was on the list--had assumed it was no go. Also, what they call shallots are what I call green onions--real shallots (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shallots) are no good, I suppose? B. Hi Emma, I'm trying to find this post that you refer to above, but I'm not having any luck. Can you point me there?
