Guest guest
1. Has anyone made the NT shrimp paste recipe *without* the whey? If so, can you please tell me how you made it? 2. Does anyone have a whey-less shrimp paste recipe other than the one in NT? 3. Any other ideas on how to ferment shrimp? I'm in Maine and have access to locally-caught shrimp at dirt cheap prices and the season is very short this year. So I want to make as much fermented shrimp as possible so I can continue eating lots of shrimp well beyond the season. I do freeze it, but it's only good for 2-4 months when frozen. TIA!
