Guest guest
I ran out and got this book, but I don't see anything specific about Zoloft or SSRI's in it which was kind of disappointing. How did you know about weaning him slowly? Does anyone else know about coming off of SSRI's? Also, can someone please tell me a good brand of CLO in pill form to use? Ron Hubbard. He must wean himself very slowly from Zoloft to avoid a rebound reaction. The book explains what nutrients, along with exercise and sauna, are needed to help detoxify Zoloft from the body. You're on the right track as far as CLO. But, the body requires much more in order to safely detox. > > Love, > Pamela

That would be because it's a religious tract from the Church of Scientology. > How did you > know about weaning him slowly? Does anyone else know about coming > off of SSRI's? Weaning someone off of an SSRI should indeed be taken slowly and should be done only with the advice and help of your medical practitioner. Seriously. I'm no fan of doctors but getting off SSRIs is not to be undertaken lightly. I was on Prozac for 15 years. A standard titration protocol that I've used for several drugs, not just with SSRIs (again, with the advice of a doctor) goes like so: Week one: Alternate full and half doses daily Week two: Move to half dose every day Week three: Alternate half and quarter doses daily Week four: Move to quarter dose every day Week five (high initial dose): Alternate quarter and eighth doses daily Week five (low initial dose): Alternate quarter and no doses daily Week six (high initial dose): Move to eighth dose every day Week seven (high initial dose): Alternate eighth and no doses daily Lynn S. ------ Mama, homeschooler, writer, activist, spinner & knitter http://www.siprelle.com NOTICE: The National Security Agency may have read this email without warning, warrant, or notice. Guest guest
I think greenpasture.org is a good source for the CLO in capsule form and it is high vitamin. If you buy the case of 6 or 12 you get a great discount. amanda Also, can someone please tell me a good brand of CLO in pill form to use?
