Do you know how the Catholic church reconciles evolution to the bible? I would think they take the bible figuratively, as opposed to taking the bible literally. Most of the born again Christians that I have met, don't believe in evolution, because they take the bible very literally. I had thought that Catholics take the bible literally, also.
