I don't know if you need two teaspoons a of CLO a day...but don't

think that amount is bad.

Folic acid would be found in good amounts in the Kefir I believe, and

make sure the nutritional yeast doesn't have added synthetic B vitamins.

It is already very nutritious and not much needs added. The only

thing I could think of is adding some Bee Pollen to the kefir and let

it ferment a little before making the shake.

Spirulina may also be worthy of consideration.
