Hey Everybody!,

The Foundation website aside, anybody know of some

great sources of information on the:

-health benefits

-history

-market viability

....for lacto-fermented beverages. Think, " This is

going to be going to a brewer " kind of information.

Something that would be good to build a case to begin

producing them for market availability.
