For every one liter: -tablespoon or so of raw honey -tablespoon or so of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar -Water to top off Somehow, it has jokingly become " Donkey Punch " to my friends. Don't ask. Stuff works wonders. Can add a pinch of sea salt, azomite, juice from a lemon. Whatever your little heart desires.
