Guest guest
I have been reading this tread for a couple days and have to add my thoughts. Dr B, at 30 grams of carb, is low carb. Dr A, start at 20 grams and build up to maybe 100 grams, is called low carb. I have found that Atkins works best for me, drop pounds and good readings, off meds. I found out last summer that I could eat a small baked potato and even on meds my numbers shot up, a medium baked potato meant a nap, couldn't stay awake!!! So I eat the WOL that works for me, W --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Your post did give me a thought, perhaps we should lobby for labeling potatoes with the following warning, " Caution: May Cause Drowsiness. Do Not Drive Or Perform Other Potentially Dangerous Tasks Until You Know How This Food Affects You! " ) Sorry, I guess I've been reading too many " Pill Bottles " lately! " You're getting a ticket for DWI (Driving While Insulinated). I could smell carbs on your breath all the way down this road! " ) Rick (clearly losing it!)
