I couldn't agree more on the fun factor in swinging kettlebells! The

kettlebell swing has become my all time favorite weight training movement.

And I've found kettlebells in general to be 10x more fun than other types of

weightlifting I did in the past. The movements feel much more natural and

intuitive to me. Very addictive.

Just a respectful request to please stop making a new subject line for

each person to whom you reply. As it is now, the thread is almost

impossible to follow, but if everyone started changing the subject

like that the mess wouldn't even be worth struggling through.

Nope. But to be perfectly accurate, most of my kettlebell training IS weight

lifting. So I should say I don't do *other* types of weight lifting.

lifting. So I should say I don't do *other* types of weight lifting.

May I ask why you decided to switch to kettleballs, solely?? And what are

the results? Are they similar??
