The kettlebell swing has become my all time favorite weight training movement. And I've found kettlebells in general to be 10x more fun than other types of weightlifting I did in the past. The movements feel much more natural and intuitive to me. Very addictive. Suze Fisher Web Design and Development http://www.allurecreative.com Weston A. Guest guest
Jafa, Just a respectful request to please stop making a new subject line for each person to whom you reply. As it is now, the thread is almost impossible to follow, but if everyone started changing the subject like that the mess wouldn't even be worth struggling through. Thanks,

But to be perfectly accurate, most of my kettlebell training IS weight lifting. So I should say I don't do *other* types of weight lifting.
