Bagel and Lox with a Twist

I was playing in the kitchen this morning and I came up with this.

It's so good I thought I'd share. :)

(I've been using commercial brands since I haven't gotten into doing

all prep at home just yet.)

French Meadow Yeast Free Organic Spelt Bagels

1) Toast bagel, if desired.

2) For each 1/2 bagel, layer on in order:

1-3 oz Organic Valley Cultured Organic Cream Cheese

~1 Tbsp Pickled Capers

~2-3 Tbsp Salmon Roe

2-4 slices Wildcatch Coho Salmon Smoked Sliced Lox

3) For " deluxe " bagel add:

1 slice Purple Onion

1 slice Green Pepper

1 slice Carrot
