Guest guest
I have almost no knowledge of this other than experiencing the kidney problems myself. I like dandelion tea, which may be helpful - not only is it a diuretic, but also stimulates the liver which is an important elimination organ as well. Don't know if it actually helps stressed kidneys, tho. Very interesting that you're taking kelp to flush fluoride and mercury - where did you get the idea? --- In , " gdawson6 " <gdawson6@y...> wrote: > > Hi everyone... > > My kidneys have been rather uncomfortable...just an achy lower back > (especially when I wake up) and discomfort in the kidney area. Guest guest
http://vitamincfoundation.org/videos/#BROWNSTEIN Watch those if you have DSL, they are great. I don't know if kelp helps the whole body with flouride and mercury, but it certainly does displace it out of the thyroid (due to all the iodine) and it does contain something called sodium alginate which is said to chelate heavy metals. I might try Dandelion Tea again soon. I tried taking it once like 2 months ago with Yellow Dock (also for the liver) and it gave me the runs so I stopped. But I took it in capsules, maybe I'll try the tea, even though I heard dandelion roots actives aren't very water soluble (though a tincture would work great). - > > > > Hi everyone... > > > > My kidneys have been rather uncomfortable...just an achy lower back > > (especially when I wake up) and discomfort in the kidney area.
