Guest guest
They love me!! They really love me!! I've never had any luck with kefir before, the grains would never grow and eventually died. But this group seriously like it here! When I got them, they looked like they had a rough ride, the biggest was the size of a grain of wheat and most were smooched to almost non existance (we have the weirdest mailcarriers here, if something feels weird they all stand there mooshing it, or it it says DO NOT BEND they stand there and bend it to see what happens LOL). Well, not only did they double within a week (alowing me to share with a friend almost right away) but my kefir grains are right now each about the size of an unshelled walnut!!! Woo hoo, super mega grains LOL. -- D. Siemens WAPF Chapter Leader http://www.freewebs.com/wapfontario/index.htm Wife of Tim, Mother of Zack and Lydia, Child of God. Guest guest
I'm always amazed to hear about kefir grains the size of walnuts! Mine do grow but usually get no bigger than say the diameter of an american quarter. I'd love to find a walnut-sized monster grain some day!
