It is now close to a month after tamilnadu positive Network has

posted their concern. But it is sad none of the forum members have

given their thoughts on this. I happened to visit 2 ART centers for

various reasons and found that the Medical team is absent in the

after noons. Generally the patients beleive that the ART center is

only functional for half a day.

The district Program Managers should take the concerns of the PLHA

network seriously and should look in to this matter.

It is pathetic when everybody keeps silent when a genuine issue is

raised related to Medical personnel. They are also public servents

and are answerable to the public and more so to the community based

organizations. We are in the era of " right to information " and I wish

this forum as well as the concerned authorities really take this

issue seriously and give their thoughts.

Thanks to tamilnadu network for bringing up the issue in the larger

intrest of the PLHIV.
