Diuretic herbs...good or bad for kidneys under stress?

Hi everyone...

My kidneys have been rather uncomfortable...just an achy lower back

(especially when I wake up) and discomfort in the kidney area. I'm

99% positive its the flouride and mercury being flushed out of my

thyroid as I started taking kelp recently. I was on 1 teaspoon of

kelp a day but that caused to many cleansing symptoms so I am taking

1/2 teaspoon for now.

If you didn't know, both flouride and mercury are really toxic to the

kidneys. I know I have both of those nasties in my system, and all

the symptoms I'm experiencing sound like the symptoms from both

excessive mercury and flouride.

I have been looking up herbs for the kidneys, and lots of the ones

they reccomend are diuretic herbs (such as juniper berries). It seems

like diuretic herbs would just put an extra strain on my kidneys but

on the other side it might help the kidneys flush out more toxins, so

I'm a bit confused.

Does anyone know or have experience on this matter? Should I try some

diuretic herbs such as juniper berries?

Thanks for your help,

-
