The key focus of Mott Macdonald in the health sector is striving to improve the

world health. The input in over 140 countries over the last 20 years has

established Mott Macdonald as a leading provider of technical assistance,

consulting services and project management through the specialist consultants in

HLSP.

Mott Mac has been working in various states including West Bengal, Kerala,

Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh etc, and as part of its strategic plan of widening its

activities in various states, MM wishes to recruit some personnel in the

following states:

1. Delhi & Haryana

2. Punjab, Haryana & Himachal Pradesh

3. Gujarat, Ahmedabad, Dadr, Nagar & Haveli

4. West Bengal & Sikkim

5. Andhra Pradesh

6. UP & Uttarkhand

In this regard, we are requesting application of suitable candidates for the

following post:

Position Qualifications Years of experience in relevant field Broad

responsibilities

TI Team Leader Master of Arts/ Master in Social science/ Masters in Management/

MBA 7 – 10 years Provide systems support to TIs – financial, procurement,

regular field based programme, monitoring, supervising, training, documentation,

implementation of MIS

Team Leader - Programme & Strategic Planning MSW/ Master in Social sciences 7

– 10 years Obtain evidence, analyse data and recommend strategies to and

prepare annual action plans for SACS by February for the following year

Team Leader - Training MSW/ Master in Social sciences,

Human resources management 7-10 years Coordinate, Plan and ensure

implementation of all training to be undertaken by different programme units of

SACS

Leveraging Private Sector Leader Public Health professional/ MBBS/ Fellowship in

HIV medicine (preferable) 7-10 years. Develop workplace policies and linkages

between prevention and care services including community care centres, opening

new ICTCs in private sector, social franchising for STIs, ICTCs, etc.

Mainstreaming Leader MBA/ MA/ MSW/ Masters in Mass Communication 7-10 years.

Identify relevant non-health departments within the Government for integration

of HIV programmes and services; design interventions for implementation for

organizing inter-departmental workshops, training of key nodal officers, etc.

The candidate should be proficient in english, hindi and the regional language

where they would like to be placed, in both writing, reading and speaking.

Relevant experience in the field of either HIV/AIDS, RCH, Public Health or rural

development would be required.
