Guest guest
Kate, I follow Judd's advice. A year ago I started taking ascorbic acid, calcium, clo for D, and quit using toothpaste [though at the 'mo I'm trying no-flouride Blanxx made w/ icelandic moss]. But I never got around to trying the monosodium phosphate. I'm curious whether anyone else has. I think he's absolutely right about the importance of rinsing teeth after brushing. I broke down and got an electric toothbrush and passive water pic last month and it's amazing the difference they make! My teeth have never felt this clean before. Morning breath is actually bearable and I attribute that to the water pic. My teeth are no longer sore and my gums look great but I don't know if all this stuff has actually prevented cavities or remineralized my teeth because I haven't been to a dentist in 7 years. Incidentally the ascorbic acid + a bit of baking soda helps with all kinds of little ills. It knocked out terrible menstrual cramps in about 10 minutes, gets rid of headaches, and prevents colds if you take a large dose when you can feel it coming on. I haven't been sick even with sniffles all year. Christa > > http://gerardjudd.com/goodteeth.htm > > - has anyone else tried this?
