Guest guest
I am in full support of eating healthy though I am not always on the right path myself. I've been a dieter type person for 6 years now and though I don't have any serious health issues I'm committed to raising healthy kids. We've moved from Florida to Colorado and both of my boys along with my husband have been experincing ezcema issues, allergies, and most recently my husband has been dignosised as ADD or possible sleep apnea. I want to clean up his diet and not sure if all the healthy foods I'm cooking now are helping. I pretty much use the eatingwell.com as a resource for all my recipes but I'm wondering if he doesn't have food allergies or we're still purchasing foods with additives. I've went to the failsafe website, like the info I seen there I seen a couple posting w/Sally someone forgot her name and what's her book. Does anyone recommend the restricted calorie group, do you find fault with the USDA reccomendations on eating, where can I get good solid advice on what to or not to eat... thanks Kelli

Here's a good version - the " Optimal Diet " or " Polish Atkins " : http://homodiet.netfirms.com/ Allergy Dietician: http://users.bigpond.net.au/allergydietitian/fi/foodintolerance.html FAILSAFE (which you may have already seen): http://www.fedupwithfoodadditives.info/ Also, Dr Rosedale's classic presentation about insulin and diet: http://www.lowcarb.ca/articles/article149.html In the end, you have to find what works best for you. Good luck!
