Sacred and Herbal Healing Beers: The Secrets of Ancient Fermentation

It's $19 something in bookstores, but I got it for $13 on Amazon.

Check your library, mine didn't have it but someone else here got it

from their library.

I do recommend it, it's fascinating. It's very thick, but still I

wish they'd gone into more detail, like what did they do with the

mash after they got the wort out of it, feed it to the livestock?
