Lindsey, If I had it MY whey I would: 1) pour the whey into a new container 2) propagate the slimey elsewhere just to see what happens... If the whey doesn't smell *nasty* then it's surely fine. something to consider is that yogurt whey is never as steadfast as kefir whey imo; yogurt is rather temperamental. B. I find this point interesting. NT doesn't mention using kefir whey for anything that I recall. I figured there to be a reason. What do *you* use kefir whey for? I figured there > to be a reason. What do *you* use kefir whey for? purple tirza, My whey is mostly used for soaking legumes. I use it for sauerkrauts, sometimes. Sport drinks.
