Any direction or suggestions about taking whole food supplements? My feeling is that I don't want to take a traditional " vitamin supplement " . This is during a time period when I'm doing Atkins to lose some weight and they say it's mandatory to take one. I have so far looked into Garden of Life and Juice Plus - but honestly I know you guys know much more than I. As espensive as these seem to be ($50 per month for G.O.L and $40 for JP) I would like to feel comfortable in ordering them. Any other suggestions?
