whey question- addendum

I just went to go finish my beans and put up my whey, and noticed a

white fuzzy growing on the container lid. Now, the whey never reached

more than halfway up in this somewhat tall container, and the fuzzy

bears no resemblence to the slimy... nonetheless, I'm guessing it's

not looking too good for my whey at this point? If it was your whey,

what would YOU do? And if the prognosis is DOA, what did I do wrong?

Any suggestions for better results in the future?
