I have no idea where to get liquid HCl (though I use capsulized

betaine HCl with meals for digestion). In case it might help your

search, the proper abbreviation for hydrochloric acid is upper-case H,

upper-case C, lower-case L. This is confusing because a lower-case L

looks like a capital i.

H is the abbreviation for hydrogen and Cl is the abbreviation for

chlorine or chloride. The L is lower-case to show that Cl is one

abbreviation rather than two separate ones. hci, all upper-case,

would be the abbreviation for a non-existent compound containing

hydrogen, chlorine and iodine.

If all else fails, you could probably get it from a chemical lab

supply vendor such as Fisher.

Hi! There is one (HCI with pepsin) available in Australia through

Hippocrates Health Centre http://www.hippocrates.com.au/ specially made by a

NZ firm in a vegetable glycerine cap, without preservatives.

For overseas orders call +61 7 5530 2860.

Hope this helps,

you could contact a local chemistry supply company. Their lab grade

HCl will be much purer than food grade. You'd have to dilute it

quite a bit. If you tell them you're a business, they'll sell it to

you.

I believe if you get enough salt, the body can make it from water

and the salt. People on the salt/c protocol are finding it fixes up

digestive problems in short order.

Thank you I overlooked the acronym meaning. Maybe this is why I couldn't

find a source! I'll try again.

Thanks Mike,

Forgive my ignorance, but what kind of company is a " local chemistry supply

company? "

I mean, what do they sell and to whom?

Are they called " a chemistry supply company " or ?

Thanks,

Angel

It's cheaper to find one that's in your area. I buy from

carolina.com, in north carolina. Google " chemical supply company "

and look for ones in your area, or call your local high school and

ask a science teacher where they get their supplies.
