Guest guest
I stocked up on cabbage to make more kraut recently. I couldn't get to it that day so I put it in my new mini-fridge I got for storing all my good kraut, kefir etc. that take over my regular fridge usually. anyway, apparently my new fridge works REALLY well because it was set in the middle temp range yet froze everything I put in there. (eggs in their shells, milk, cream, apples, sour cream, piima cream.) I am not so concerned with the milk or creams, the eggs were going to be for baking anyway, same for the apples, but has anyone ever made kraut from cabbage that had been frozen? Thanks lisa
