Guest guest
Has your wife tried raw-milk kefir? Or even kefir from store milk would likely help. I managed to completely control/cure all my IBS symptoms by adding kefir to my diet. It's easy to make and I actually really enjoy it, especially with frozen blueberries. I have also suggested this to two people I know with IBS (one was quite severe) and they are having great success thus far as well. For me, healing my bowel issues was a critical first step in healing all the other health problems. Good luck; Jill She also has digestive > complaints, including GERD and IBS symptoms. > I'm sure most everyone in this group has one health problem or > another.
