Regarding B.'s comments that supplemental iodine allowed her body to

go to a normal schedule of 2-3 BMs per day makes perfect sense. Iodoine is

the mineral most essential for a healthy thyroid. When the thyroid is

well-nourished, the body's metabolism works.

T3 has a regulating/stim'ing effect on all!! (except 3) tissues of

the body. So if a person needs to poop more, thsi will be a

significant aid.
