If I'm not mistaken, this is another article that says a person can lose belly

fat. So, is spot reduction a fallacy or not????

I don't see that it says anything about losing belly fat. He's talking about

strengthening the muscles to pull them back in, or something like that. I

can't vouch for the accuracy of his claims, but he's not claiming spot

reduction.

Is your stomach fat, or does it just stick out? That is, can you actually

grab a big handful of fat from your stomach?

Is your stomach fat, or does it just stick out? That is, can you actually

grab a big handful of fat from your stomach?

It's hard to tell. Maybe a mix of fat and some muscle.

Jafa,

My take on Chek's article is to make sure your digestive system

is healthy. If it is not healthy, it may affect the shape of your

abs. He also described excercises to improve your abs. I don't know

if that is spot reduction.
