Anyone here know much about Palm Butter? I just purchased a jar from Real

Foods Market. I tried it with making popcorn. I used it in combination

with coconut oil. Our popcorn had the theatre " look " , and tasted great! I

did tell my teens that it was a better popcorn than the microwave stuff.

Does heating palm oil destroy any of the E complex?

Is the red stuff more potent then the white??

Yes, heating in general either outright destoys, or to a lesser

extent, screws up the molecular structure, dependent on how

sensitive the molecule in question is. Alas, I do not know the

critical temp of the whole Vit E complex, but I'm guessing it can be

researched. I am VERY VERY picky in how I allow my patients to heat

with oil. Sorry I'm so dumm.

Thankyou Dr. (reminds of the Rocky Horror

Picture Show:)

I decided to mix the raw red palm oil up with raw

homey for a yummy homemade vitamin. I'll likely dump

in some blue manna as well.

Where do you practice? Do you do phone sessions? I may

have some pts to co-treat with you.

Hi TT (huh?). I'm in Miami. Funny you mention the RHPS. iNmy

college days, I was involved w/the Gainesville (FL.)cast, and we

becaem somewhat well knowm for our 'theatre', perhaps 2nd or so

behind the L.A. cast. We were nuts. Prof. make-up, full props,

full costumes, the whole kit-n-kaboodle. As U canC, I love to talk

about those days.....

Back to my ignorance, what is blue manna?

Phone sessions-occasinally, as the desire exists. Most of

my 'distance' patients are friends and family, so there is

no 'exchange' involved. At the beginning of my other group,

when I first mentioned my fees for real life prof. consultation -

despite the fact that I undercut all the other nimrods on the Net -

all the evan casual converstaion came to an untimely end.

I am very very picky with my oils as well as anything else that I got

out of my way to get unheated versions of (like dairy).

The only cooking oil I use is pastured lard, and everything else like

Palm oil, coconut oil, olive oil, butter, is raw or virgin and I

always make sure it stays that way.

I think its cause I spend a lot of money in my budget on great food

and I want maximum benefit from it.

Nope, I have actually had a girlfriend for four years and we have been

living together for 3 1/2 years. We have both been eating a strict

traditional diet for about 8 months and she enjoys eating all the

great food I make.

I'm just paranoid, as I just got 10 mercury amalgams removed and am

always concerned about getting the most nutrition possible out of my

diet because I don't take or want to take any synthetic supplements.

I am very very happy for you that you have a partner who shares the

same orientation. This is quite rare. Good 4U both, really.
