When I saw the title I was afraid it was going to be something like this.

Thought: switching from a SAD diet to a low-fat plant-based diet with positive

results does not necessarily mean the low-fat plant-based diet is best. It just

means the SAD diet is dangerous in the extreme, and anything would be better.
