Guest guest
I read that Dr Budwig has cured many cancers and tumors with flax oil, Dr Don Colbert in his books recomends taking flax oil every day. But Mercola claims it causes prostate cancer and Duncan Crow web site seem to indicate to me it should not be used. If flax oil is bad for you are the flax seeds also bad. How can one make sense of this ? Thanks Don in Pa.

Feel free to consume 1-2 freshly ground tablespoons a day. Just don't overdo it, which I don't think you will cause the seeds contain a lot of fiber and are rather bland tasting. I eat a tablespoon a day, but I also take a reasonable amount of Blue Ice Cod Liver Oil as well. I personally think the taste of golden flax is much more agreeable, just FYI. -

Guest guest
If you do more research, you will find that Budwig herself said that flax oil alone is not good in large amounts. She only recommended high amounts thoroughly mixed with cottage cheese. It changes the chemistry of it....and it is able to work wonders....
