Anyone have a reliable source of decent chicken feet in Los Angeles?

Or mail order? I need to boost the quality of my broth.

I've seen them at WF in Torrance, so your local WF can likely special

order them. Best stock I made recently was turkey necks--also from

WF--so maybe get some of those, too.

If it doesn't work out, Amos M. sells chicken feet--and heads--by

mail. cheap. I mean, cheep?

He is an Amish farmer in PA.

He has a whole page of different things to order that he can mail you

if you can afford the shipping. Listed in WT under " Organics " .

The other Amish famers listed in the classified section of WT will

also carry these things but Amos is supplying food for the buying club

in LA thus is already familiar with him.

They-- Organics--have an answering machine, so you can call,

leave a msg and they will return your call and place your order.

After receipt of goods, you send them a check in payment.

Where are you in CA? I'm in the South Bay of LA. There are people

selling fresh chicken with heads and feet at select farmers markets

around town as well. I just happen to have a sweet hook-up for Amos

and Abner in PA so it's easy and convenient for me to get stuff from them.
