NACO Delay in release of funds to SACS

DEAR FORUM,

We are working with the SACS past 2 years PPTCT programe under the

GFATM ROUND 2 and HIV-TB programe under GFATM ROUND 3.

From APRIL 2007 to till today we are not received the grants. Staff are

struggling like anything because they are depending only their

salaries- the small amount of pay.

If NACO itself is not released to SACS how can we expect the grant from SACS.?

Even if we want to take a loan we have to pay atleast 5-10 percent of interest

rate. With support of SACS we appointed staffs are positive people in each and

every block one ORW. And 10 ORWs at the Govt. head quarters hospitals.

It is very horrible to manage the life with out getting the salaries

for the last 5 months. So we kindly request NACO to release the grants at their

early convenience.

struggling like anything because they are depending only their salaries-the

small amount of pay. And as an Soudamini is the positive women network from

Maharashtra state,Inida we employ the positive women as an peer educater in this

PPTCT project from the rural areas.So it is very difficult to work without money

for 5 month to the women living with HIV.

If NACO itself is not released to SACS how can we expect the grant from SACS.

It is very hard to manage the life without getting salaries from last 5 months.

So we kindly request to NACO to release the grants at their early convenience.
