Dear Forum Members,

I was wondering if there is anyone else who has been having problems in booking

their accommodation and ticket via the ICAAP?

I have been trying to book my accommodation for over the past two months now in

one of the hotels listed on their website and have emailed them constantly but

have not had any reply.

We all know that the ICAAP is one of the biggest AIDS event every year we look

forward to. Therefore, I feel quite frustrated now and that I won't be able to

make it to the conference due to their poor handling of emails. If they are

really busy or short of staff then why would they list hotels on their website

and suggest making flight booking for us?

They can argue that they are busy and dealing with hundreds of requests

everyday, but why should an individual suffer due their to lack of staff. Why

emails and telephone numbers are provided to us when they are unable deal

individual's queries.
