Dear Forum Members

Read yesterday on a TV channel headlines stating " HUBBY MEANS HIV

HAZARD " so says Ms. Renuka Choudhry , our Cental Minister for Women and

Children at a meeting .

ARE WE GOING OVERBOARD ?

Yes MINISTER ! THE STATEMENT IS pertinent BUT IS iT practical in INDIA
