Hi,

This from Population Services International. We are currently in

need of 2 " Medical Training Specialists " to be based in Tamilnadu.

The job Responsibilties are •Initial mapping of the territory, to identify and

select potential Health Care Providers (HCP's) to be included in Key Clinics

Network (KCN).

•Recruiting qualified HCP's by making the franchise concept clear to

them.

•Planning the trainings for the invited HCP's.

•Conduct the effective trainings on syndromic management of STIs for

HCP's using the tools given by the Delhi Training Team.

•Plan all aspects of future HCP trainings to take place every six

months.

•Create a plan for support visits to provide latest HIV/STI updates

to the franchised HCP's.

•Conduct regular support visits to HCP's.

•Maintaining accurate records of visits, and sending timely data to

state offices via internet/data entry.

•Suggest improvements in training program based on information

gathered during support visits, and working with the training team

to incorporate changes and make improvements.

We are looking for MBBS copmpleted people for this position

(fresh/experienced) having interest to work in Public Health arena.
